The Ordering Process

Upon choosing Simply Elegance, we will meet with you to plan and coordinate a delectable eating experience.

After choosing 

Delivery Service

• A $30.00 delivery charge applies to all orders. 
• The delivery time and location will be coordinated with the appropriate personnel at the time of order and confirmed prior to delivery if neccessary.
• You must have a company representative available to check, accept and sign for the delivery.
• If we are not able to deliver the order due to fault of the client a minimum of $35.00 will be accessed for delivery rescheduling.

Non Food Items Provided

• Plates
• Cultery
• Napkins
• Cups
• Serving utensils
• Disposible Chaffers ($10.00 charge per chaffer )
• Disposible Table clothes ($5.00 per cloth)

Payment Terms

• A deposit of 50% is due at the time of ordering.
• Payment in full is due no later than ten days prior to the event.
• We proudly accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Corporate/Personal Checks and Cash.
• There is a $75.00 service charge for all returned checks for any reason.

Gratuity is not included but appreciated.

Cancellations

• Cancellations received three weeks prior to the event will be subject to a 50% charge of the total.
• Cancellations received two week prior to the event will be subject to a 75% charge of the total
• Cancellations received one week or less prior to the event will be subject to a 100% charge of the total.
• Cancellations from November 15th thru January 1 received four weeks prior to the event will be subject to a 100% charge of total services.

Sales Tax

7% sales tax applies to all orders
